FRYING  DRUMSTICK

炸鸡腿

Major ingredient:
200g Diนrm.tirk, 1 LC garlic clove(mince), 2 pc CCว
Wine, 1 spoonpap ika, 10g spring onion, 1 p2วr Oltve oil,
2 spoon light soy sauce,3 piece ginger

Steps:

1. Turn the thermostat to 180°C.

2. Fully mix the garlic clove, Cooking wine, paprika, spring onion, olive oil, light soy sauce, ginger in a bowl.
3. Smear marinade on the drumstick and soak for 20-50 minutes,
4. Then pour the drumstick into the frying basket and set the timer
at 10-12 minutes.
5. Set the thermostat at 150C for frying for another 10 minutes, waiting drumsticks become brownness.
PS: Use different spices to adjust the taste.
